Dizon Jr., Muay Thai Instructor, present a 2 hour clinic on integrating shiatsu therapy, diet, and martial arts training as a path to your health and wellness. Join us as we discuss the way traditional martial arts and healing were holistically taught:
by exploring and performing Ki (energy) building and focusing exercises (to heal injured body parts)
by integrating Ki (energy) to martial arts applications
through the explanation of how to perform self shiatsu for injury and health maintenance
by discussing how proper diet improves the quality and longevity of your life.
The clinic will be held on Saturday October 27, 2007 at Phoenix School of Martial Arts Unit #1A, 8285 - 132 Street Surrey, British Columbia V3W 4N6. The class will be held from 9am to 11am.
